Your current site is showing its age
It’s slow, awkward on a phone, and you’d hesitate to send it to a prospect.
A good-looking site is nice. One that triggers enquiries and bookings is better. My website design services deliver clear, fast, search-ready business websites, so your future customers can find you, trust you and get in touch.

Where I work
Who it’s for
It’s slow, awkward on a phone, and you’d hesitate to send it to a prospect.
People who search before they get in touch simply don’t find you.
Visitors but no enquiries: an unclear offer, a buried contact form, no obvious next step.
No content, no SEO, no follow-up, and logins you don’t control.
Business websites explained
It doesn’t sell online: it reassures, explains what you do and guides visitors to contact you. For a freelancer, a small company or a practice, it’s often the most profitable site you can have.
Clear pages that match what your customers search for, on Google and in AI assistants.
Proof, references and a message that gets straight to the point.
One obvious next step: a call, a form or an online booking.
Not sure which one you need? Let’s talk for 30 minutes and I’ll tell you which fits your business.
What I do
Four workstreams that follow on from each other. You can hand me all of it, or just the part you need.
01 · Structure and message
I start from your offer and your customers: who you are, what you do, who it’s for and why they should choose you. Then I plan the pages and write the copy for each one, or brief your team.
02 · Design and build
The design is yours: your colours, fonts and logo, never a recognisable template. The site is designed phone-first, then scaled up for the desktop.
03 · SEO and speed
SEO isn’t an add-on at the end. Structure, titles, tags, speed and structured data are planned from the start, with one page per service and a local anchor if you work close to home.
04 · Conversion and tracking
A business website is judged by what it triggers. I place the next step wherever it helps, and set up simple tracking so you know what’s working.

Business websites for two very different activities, built on the same principles: a clear message, a fast site and a simple path to contact.

Choosing the tool
Best if… you want to edit your own copy and add pages or a blog.
Watch out for: plugins and updates, which someone has to look after.
Best if… you want a simple site that’s quick to launch with a precise design.
Watch out for: a monthly subscription and limited features.
Best if… you have a specific need: a catalogue, a private area, several languages, maximum performance.
Watch out for: a higher budget, but a site built for you.
Pricing
There’s no single price for website design services: it depends on what the site has to do. Here’s what moves the price, and what the market looks like.
In France, a business website built by a provider typically costs between €2,000 and €8,000, with a median of €3,800.
Budget for yearly costs too: the domain name (around €10 to €20) and hosting.

My website design services are priced from a detailed quote: it spells out the pages, content, features, timeline and maintenance, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Why work with me
I’m Sophie Monteil, an independent digital marketing consultant based in Toulouse, France. Over six-plus years I’ve worked with 20+ businesses, B2B and B2C, to get them found online and chosen.
I don’t deliver a site for the sake of delivering one. I start from your commercial goal: which enquiries you want, from which customers, and what the site needs for them to arrive.
Your offers, your customers, the way you sell: the site reflects all of it, not a generic layout ten competitors already use.
Structure, copy and speed are designed for Google and for AI assistants, instead of being patched on afterwards.
A website doesn’t live alone. I also advise on SEO, advertising and how you track your enquiries.
The person who designs it is the person who delivers it. The site, the domain and the logins remain your property.
Method
Four steps, with your sign-off at each one.
We clarify your offer, your customers and your goals. You leave with the site structure and a detailed quote.
Copy and mock-ups for the key pages, approved by you before anything is built.
The site is built, then tested on mobile, for speed, forms and SEO.
Go-live, a walkthrough so you can edit your own content, then follow-up on the first enquiries.
